All orders are shipped immediately and will arrive within 1-3 business days.

To make sure your order is delivered within a timely manner, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email info@wearthemob.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to ensure your address is corrected, if we are unable to we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If your order's shipping status is delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service. Mob Shop does not take responsibility for packages that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

COVID-19 DELAYS

Some orders may be delayed due to Covid-19. Your order may arrive a few weeks late due to delays with our shipping process and shipping carriers. Thank you for your understanding during these difficult times.
